While promoting mainstream classical music, we carry a deep respect and passion for music, dedicating ourselves to discovering and promoting those lesser-known treasures of classical and ethnic music. Each genre of music carries its unique culture and history, and like a bridge, we strive to bring these wonderful melodies to a broader audience.

The Erhu is a traditional Chinese musical instrument and is considered one of the most representative folk string instruments in the world. It has a long history, dating back to ancient China and has existed for thousands of years. The external shape of the Erhu is slender and elegant, with two strings typically made from horsehair or sheepgut, while the body is crafted from wood or bamboo. When playing, musicians use two long bows and employ various techniques such as pulling, stroking, and trembling to express different tonal colors and emotions.
The Erhu is distinguished by its unique sound qualities, which are soft and profound, capable of expressing a wide range of emotions such as melancholy, joy, and passion. It plays an irreplaceable role not only in traditional Chinese music but also finds extensive application and innovation in contemporary music. Many musicians are constantly trying to blend the Erhu with other musical styles and create new, interesting works to give it new life.
The Erhu and the violin have a certain overlap in their tonal range. Although the Erhu only has two strings, its range is quite broad and can cover the tonal range of the violin. This allows the Erhu to play most of the notes in violin pieces. At the same time, there are similarities in music theory and playing techniques.
